Bounsel template engine allows you to add or remove clauses of your contracts according to the rules you previously defined.

For example, by putting a variable in the following format [#propertyAddress] you will define where the conditional text will begin and using the [/] at the end of the conditional text will mark where it finishis. Bounsel template engine will check checks if the propertyAddress value exists.
